(1-4: will never come back, 5: pass (I’m okay with a tinier morsel), 6: acceptable, 7: okay, 8: good, 9: Wow! Please enlarge my morsel. 10: Perfection. I could eat a morsel of this every day!)
Will come back? No
What I ate:
Cubano sandwich – rotisserie roasted pork loin, salami, pork rillettes, Swiss cheese, house pickles, butter lettuce, pickled mustard seeds on a grilled French Roll
  • 8/10
  • I enjoyed the fact that they Panini-ed both the inside and outside of the sandwich
  • The mustard seeds added a nice sweetness, the butter lettuce was nice and crisp and gave it a clean finish
  • The amount of meat was very pleasing
  • But there were too many house pickles and it made it too overly sour luckily there were mustard seeds to make it sweeter
Things to Improve on: Ratio of pickles to the rest of the sandwich, the fattiness in the sausages on the butcher side
Summary: Sandwiches are okay, the sausages and bacon are disappointing and not worth it.
