(1-4: will never come back, 5: pass (I’m okay with a tinier morsel), 6: acceptable, 7: okay, 8: good, 9: Wow! Please enlarge my morsel. 10: Perfection. I could eat a morsel of this every day!)
Will come back? No
What I ate:
Tsukemen (Original)
  • 7.5/10
  • The dipping sauce itself had a nice gingery taste to it and the fat really coated the entire mouth – I would salivate for more after having a bite
  • The dipping sauce lacked depth to it
  • The meat was very disappointing – it was dry and wasn’t tender at all
  • The egg was not of good quality and it wasn’t cooked to perfection (sadly, overcooked)
  • The noodles were very good, not over cooked and had a nice bite to them
Things to Improve on: Improving the soup
Summary: Noodles themselves are good. Soup needs improving
