Finch’s Tea and Coffee House

Date Visited: December 30 2014
Address: 353 W Pender St  Vancouver, BC
Type of Restaurant: Coffee, Sandwiches/subs, soup
Price Range: $
Ambiance (out of five)/Setting/Design/service: 5/5 – service was prompt and the design of the restaurant was so extremely cute. Everything was mismatched and it was small and homey.
Overall: 8.5/10
(1-4: will never come back, 5: pass (I’m okay with a tinier morsel), 6: acceptable, 7: okay, 8: good, 9: Wow! Please enlarge my morsel. 10: Perfection. I could eat a morsel of this every day!)
Will come back? Maybe
What I ate:
Pear – blue brie, prosciutto, roasted walnuts, oil and vinegar
  • 8.5/10
  • The blue brie was really well balanced with the pear
  • There was a really good amount of prosciutto
  • The roasted walnuts provided a nice crunch
  • The oil and vinegar are definitely mandatory for this sandwich to cut the richness of the brie
Things to Improve on: Making the sandwich less messy to eat
Summary: Flavours are great and worth the price. The restaurant is small and very cute.
