Boba Cabana

I decided to head to New Westminster on a whim one Saturday afternoon for a casual stroll and lunch. After lunch at RE-UP, we headed to Bobacana at the skytrain station for a refreshing drink.

We ordered the triple mango and thought that it was okay. It didn’t taste much like fresh mango and more like the Asian mango icecream that you get from Asian super markets. The texture, at first, was pretty smooth and icy but afterwards, it melted and got pretty watery. I liked that it didn’t turn into a clump of ice at the end though.

Rating: 6/10

Overall Rating: The location was convenient but the drink I had was just mediocre. They have a pretty extensive menu with quiet a few options. They also have desserts and even shaved ice cups that looked pretty interesting.

  1. Hi Justamorsel, firstly sorry for the late response as we’ve only just discovered zomato and found your blog post.

I am so sorry that you did not enjoy the triple mango! It is actually one of the most popular drinks on our menu, with 4 oz of fresh Phillippine mango chunks and 6 oz of mango puree blended with island farm’s mango ice cream and our homemade brown sugar syrup. This is the first complaint we’ve had about the drink!

Nonetheless, we believe in improving based on our customer feedback and we most certainly appreciate your review. We’d like you to give us another try, we’ve recently revamped our menu.

Hope this message finds you well and feel free to send us an email if you have any more questions at

    Best, Chae
