(Sorry it doesn’t look very appetizing) Pho Dac Biet – a house special combination of unique beef cuts, including tenderloin, brisket, tripe and tendon, served with rice noodles in soup

• The soup was okay, nothing special

• The noodles were thin, and somewhat overcooked

• Nothing really stood out
